Expect the number of homes available in the Wisconsin Real Estate market to remain low this spring. That as demand remains high, said Michael Theo, President & CEO of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, in a press release.

“Our current market weakness is due to very low supply even as demand remains solid,” Theo said.

Prices are continuing to increase. Between February 2022 and February of this year, the median price rose 11.7% to $262,500, according to the Wisconsin Association of Realtors. Despite the increase, homes are moving quickly on the market. There are still multiple offers above asking price, with first-time home buyers making up the majority of the demand.
