Stacy and Eric made the home-building process a very easy and pleasurable experience. If we had any problems or questions during the build or shortly after, we could always contact our super to have things explained or changed. He continues to be available for any questions we have, or problems we encounter.

Tiffany was amazing!! She remained professional and friendly through out the whole process. Whenever we had a question or concern she quick with an answer and she immediately addressed our concerns. The whole experience was so positive that we have referred friends to Tiffany, and they are currently in the process of building their home with William Ryan.

First of all, I would like to say that our build was not a run of the mill build. Jim is in a wheelchair and the home was being built with the assistance of grant money from the Veterans Administration. The grant has very specific expectations.

Mike Coppers, the face of William Ryan at this community, is a very pleasant person, always smiling, and is very good at following through with questions and facing the challenges that this sort of build would entail. We had many concerns with everything from the shower floor pitch to the widening of hallways and the no step up entry, so we wouldn’t have to use ramps to get into our beautiful new home. Mike was always ensuring us that everything was thought through and would be done correctly. That we would have nothing to worry about, it was very nice to have that kind of commitment and compassion to our satisfaction.

The Superintendent Greg Wolff, boy he knows his stuff. Every little detail that we discussed with him was taken into consideration and adjusted or fixed. He could not have built a better house for us. Everything that Jim needed for safety and comfort were taken care of.

Our William Ryan home is the first new construction home my husband and I have purchased and of course, we've had a ton of questions throughout our buying process. When Lindsey met us at another William Ryan community, well before our community officially opened just to walk us through a home, we knew we were in great hands. Lindsey is knowledgeable, patient and quick to respond to all of our needs. She has offered suggestions and options for our new home that make sense for us-not once have we felt pressured into upgrading an option or addition to our home. We hope to break ground within the next few weeks and Lindsey has been updating my husband and I on the progress of our home regularly, even though we have access to our schedule via our MyHome 24-7 website-she's been amazing! To our fellow and soon to be neighbors-you're in great hands!

They were easy to reach and followed through in a timely manner. Our house was complete in 7 months and it worked out perfect. We sold our old house just in time and moved from one house to the other! William Ryan made it easy and simple. We loved working with them!

After visiting many new home model centers, I truly feel the only reason my buyers ended up purchasing in Lakeshore Ranch with John, was due to his connection with them.
