William Ryan Homes Tampa earned two prestigious Polk County Parade of Homes awards in 2022, which comes on the heels of being awarded a Tampa Bay Parade of Homes Grand Award in 2020.
The two awards in 2022 were for ‘Home of the Year’ for models in the Bridgewater subdivision in Lakeland. The first award in 2022 was for the homebuilder’s Jade model for the pricing category of $542,250 in the Spring Parade of Homes. And the second award last year was for the Cypress model for the pricing category of $477,400 in the Fall Parade of Homes. The Polk County Builders Association hosts two Parade of Home Events per year, one in the Spring and the other in the Fall.
William Ryan Homes Tampa also earned a 2020 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes Grand Award for its Sweet Bay model in the category of $450,000-$499,000. This was the second consecutive year the homebuilder has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. The 2020 competition included nearly 40 production and custom homebuilders of communities in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
The award-winning national homebuilder has been building new single-family homes in Tampa for more than 15 years, focusing on technology-enhanced, energy-efficient, healthy homes that fit family budgets. The homebuilder currently has nine new home neighborhoods with available homesites and quick move-in homes. Buyers can choose from numerous floor plans that have many structural and design options to personalize homes to a family’s needs.
