 We often refer to this community as having “resort style” living, but what does that mean? Already just being in Florida and not shoveling snow and scraping windows is a vacation, right? But what if you could enjoy more than just the weather and have fun with your neighbors in the process.

Let’s start with exclusivity. LakeShore Ranch is gated AND attended. 24-7 there is a person at the entrance to the community logging every vehicle in and out. Yes, your latest delivery from Prime will be able to get through, but no one without resident permission will.

Amenities. Of course we have great amenities! Clubhouse, sport courts for tennis and basketball, swimming pool, fitness center, lakes, and miles of sidewalks. You don’t even have to look outside the gates to be entertained and stay in shape. While you enjoy all of the activities, you are also surrounded by well-kept common grounds, and beautiful landscaping. Looking around, it’s hard to believe you are so close to Tampa and the shopping destinations in Wesley Chapel.

One of the biggest concerns when relocating is feeling like you don’t know anyone. Adults don’t just join a new school and have classes and clubs like kids, so how do we build our circle? At LakeShore Ranch, we make it easy for adults and kids to meet neighbors and join in all sorts of activities. This is where “resort style” living really earns its name. We have fitness classes, art classes, get togethers, movie nights, and so much more! Every month a newsletter with a full schedule of activities and classes comes out and outlines all the ways you can connect with your neighbors. There really is something for all ages and activity levels.
