What is the 1-2-10 Transferrable Limited Warranty Program?  

We believe that you can’t put a price on peace of mind. That's why we've got you covered with one of the top warranty programs in the industry.

●    FOR 1 YEAR AFTER CLOSING: We warrant the quality of materials and workmanship of the original construction.

●    FOR 2 YEARS AFTER CLOSING: We warrant the workability of your mechanical systems which include plumbing, electrical, heating an air conditioning.

●    FOR 10 YEARS AFTER CLOSING: We warrant the structural integrity of your home, specifically load bearing components.

What does “transferable” mean? Why does it matter? 

Transferable means this warranty remains with your home even if you decide to sell. It is an added value for the next homeowner. 

What does “limited” mean? 

Limited means there are items that are considered normal wear and tear are not covered by your warranty. Detailed info is in your Construction Warranty Standards. Discuss any questions or concerns with your sales representative.
