Cross Creek, a New Community in Parrish, FL, Offers Homebuyers Location, Price and Quality

Today’s homebuyers are looking for a wide range of features, but nothing is more important than location, price and quality, said William Ryan Homes Tampa Division online sales counselor Maxine Stull, who is emailing, texting and talking on the phone to prospective buyers all day.

“All things considered, it almost always all comes down to location, price and quality,” she said.

The homebuilder selects the areas in the Tampa Bay region to build new home communities largely on these key factors, and William Ryan Homes Tampa Division’s new community of Cross Creek in Parrish, Florida is an example.

The town of Parrish is a great Tampa Bay location

Parrish, Florida, a growing Bradenton suburb in northeastern Manatee County, is an ideal Tampa Bay location because it has both a small-town feel and easy access to larger cities. Located just southeast of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, four cities -- Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa – are within easy reach for commuters.

The location is attracting homebuyers of all types, from young families to empty-nesters, Stull said. “You get to live in a small, quiet, friendly community but you’re so close to everything such as world-class shopping and entertainment in Tampa and the nation’s best beaches in Sarasota.”

Homebuyers get a big bang for their buck at Cross Creek

Prices for the community’s 47 new homes will start in the mid $400s for houses ranging in size from 2,549 to 3,800 square feet – substantially more space for the dollar than nearly anywhere else in Tampa Bay.

William Ryan Homes Tampa is offering five of its best-selling floor plans at Cross Creek, including its award-winning Sweet Bay model.  The homes have four bedrooms and two to four baths available in one- or two-story homes. The first floor has an open design where the kitchen, dining room and great room flow together for family time and entertaining.

Beyond residents’ own homes, community amenities will include a swimming pool, splash pad, playground, basketball court, and a dog park – all showing the importance placed on family recreation in the design of the community. Learn more about Cross Creek at Cross Creek | New Homes for Sale Parrish, FL | William Ryan Homes

Wide frontage lots are available to accommodate larger homes with three-car garages. “We are listening to buyers who want oversized lots for more spacious homes in communities with resort-style living,” Stull said.

Quality “green” homes are in demand

William Ryan Homes Tampa has been building new homes for more than 15 years in the greater Tampa Bay area, having built nearly 2,000 houses in four counties: Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco and Hernando. “Quality drives sales more than anything else,” Stull said. “Our workmanship and attention to detail set us apart from other homebuilders.”

Additionally, more homebuyers are going “green,” not just because it’s environmentally friendly but because it means lower energy costs. William Ryan Homes is one of the top homebuilders of National Green Building Standard (NGBS) green-certified homes in the Tampa Bay area, having completed more than 500 green homes since May 2016.

An NGBS green-certified home is designed for optimal energy efficiency as well as to enhance the living experience for homeowners through improved indoor environment and air quality. William Ryan Homes Tampa Garners National Green Building Gold Certification | Blog | William Ryan Homes

Cross Creek offers modern technology surrounded by nature

Houses at Cross Creek feature smart-home technology, including an automation hub to control devices, a video doorbell, thermostat controls, and Wi-Fi boosters so the entire family can work and stream without interruption.

The community combines this modern technology with an old-Florida feel, as homes will be surrounded by mature trees, open green spaces, and wetland conservation views – far different from many new home communities where the land is completely cleared before construction begins. “The homes will be nestled within natural surroundings,” Stull said, with such features as lakes and wetlands conservation areas. View Cross Creek Video!
