Brandon was truly amazing from the very beginning of the process to present day. He was a professional, hard-working, and responsive individual that sealed the deal for us with FloraBlu Estates. The home was customizable, affordable, and most importantly extremely high quality. The WRH team was amazing and always open-minded with our bizarre requests during construction and always willing to work with us to make our home everything we imagined. Kevin, a construction supervisor for our community, was extremely organized, professional, and truly did a great job managing every aspect of the construction process. Tim, another member of the construction team for our community, was also beyond helpful and responsive when it came to tending to minor repairs and touch-ups. Between the three of these gentlemen, we were able to construct our first home with minimal stress and maximum peace of mind. Most importantly, they were modest and understanding if something did not turn out how we imagined it would, did not give any pushback, and were focused on our satisfaction of our home. A great company made up of amazing individuals!

His countenance is one of the many reasons we chose William Ryan Homes and this location. This is not our 1st home build, so we have comparison knowledge. We chose the Strabane floor plan with extended kitchen (had to have the large walk-in pantry), this is a gas community (another must have) water view (another must have) and so many more features we love about this community and builder. William Ryan Homes continues to exceed our expectation, from initial appointment through Maxine, Ash (Sale representative), Melissa (Home design), Greg and Gillian(Mortgage), Neal(Electronics), Rebekah (Pool representative) and now Mark our on sight building manager. Firstly, our daughter's enrollment in school in Arizona played a pivotal role as we wanted to be closer to her and support her educational journey. Secondly, we have close friends in the area, which made Arizona feel like a welcoming and familiar place to start this new chapter of our lives. Lastly, the favorable Arizona weather was a definite draw, offering a climate that suits our lifestyle preferences and provides opportunities for enjoying outdoor activities year-round. Together, these factors made relocating to Arizona and selecting a William Ryan Homes community an ideal choice for our family's future.

We did not know anything about the builder until we visited the sales office. The location and views offered were of the utmost importance to us. We would not have made the decision to move here had the lot we purchased not been available. We were experiencing some displeasure with our former home and had reached a point in our lives where retirement was being considered. Financially secure and having no debt at the time, we were not seriously considering a move being in our former home for only 8 years since that build. WRH advertised in a local magazine promoting the Foothills at Arroyo Norte featuring large lots, dark sky community and no 2 story homes. The location of the development was primary to us taking a drive to visit and look. As they say, timing is everything. We came at the right time and the right lot was available and we decided to make the move. This community is unlike anything we've seen in the greater Phoenix metro area. Houses are packed in so close that everyone is so close to each other, land is minimal and crowding is common. We grew weary of the crowded area, new communities and apartments being constructed and the associated growth pains that this brings (think traffic, noise, construction and infrastructure enhancements...) and these factors were involved with our consideration. WRH offered relief from all these with the new development and so we decided it was worth it to work a little longer and forgo retirement in order to gain the lifestyle and amenities we would like to have in our latter years. What about William Ryan Homes did you value specifically when it came to your purchase?Several factors appealed to us, the expansive desert views behind our home, the large lots, no street lights and energy efficiency of the home. Flexibility in the design of the homes offered were also important to us. We wanted a home that would allow us to have necessary room and privacy for family gatherings, swimming and recreational activity. WRH met these criteria with the Foothills at Arroyo Norte development. New builds using foam insulation rather than the standard blown in cellulose insulation and energy usage guarantee were also important. The style of homes offered appealed to us as well and we selected a Corina which met all our desires for what we needed in a new home. We valued the fact that this community would not allow multiple story homes that would hinder other viewpoints from our home and the seeming remoteness of the area. We previously had considered moving to the neighboring community 8 years earlier but 2 story homes, lighting and other factors caused us to look elsewhere. WRH offered amenities that other builders could not with this development plus the added benefit that additional construction behind our community was unlikely for a long time (many years). Last but not least, our sales representative, Rebecca Tychsen was always available to assist with any and all questions or concerns. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, providing outstanding customer service and follow through while keeping us on track for paperwork and other agenda items to successfully navigate the design and purchase of the house. What made you want to relocate to Arizona/one of our communities?The views of the mountains and open desert space, the privacy that goes along with an oversized lot along with the quality of the home that we selected. We have been in our home for just over 8 months and are very happy with the choice we made to purchase this house. We only moved 13 miles from where we lived previously but this community is much more rural. Noise from traffic is virtually non-existent and the neighbors we have met have been becoming good friends with great interactions and get togethers to meet everyone. This community offered by WRH is what we were looking for and could not find anywhere else in AZ. We love the AZ climate and have been residing in the state for 31 years and counting. AZ is our home now and most likely will be until the day the Lord calls us home. We realize that this community is unlike anything that WRH has done in the past. WRH should consider more of this type of community as almost all of the major builders have nothing close to this type of community and it's offerings.Hope this helps with your project Rebecca, thanks again for everything!
