Meet Patti, our Design Center Specialist at William Ryan Homes. Patti believes a comfortable, thoughtfully designed home has a direct impact on the quality of our lives. With more than 20 years of residential and commercial design experience, she partners closely with each homebuyer to make the selections process smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Her design philosophy begins with enhancing the architectural features already present in the home, then personalizing each space to reflect the homeowner’s style, preferences, and budget. Patti loves helping families bring their vision to life in a way that feels authentic and uniquely theirs. She specializes in creating cohesive color palettes and blending materials and finishes to achieve a balanced, polished look. For Patti, design is a collaborative journey—one built on listening, creativity, and attention to detail. Patti holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design and is an Allied Member of ASID. Above all, her greatest passion is creating happy homeowners and homes they truly love.
