Our Hard Hat Quality Assurance Program

From pre-construction through the first 10 years with a transferable home warranty!

  • On-Site Pre-Construction Orientation

After we have obtained your final selections, started the building permit process, but before construction of your new home begins, we will schedule a Pre-Construction Orientation. Your Sales Representative will introduce you to the Superintendent responsible for overseeing the construction of your new home. The purpose of this meeting is to confirm your Selection Sheet choices, review the home plans, Building Specifications and Community Features, as well as the homesite.

  • On-Site Pre-Drywall Orientation

The pre-drywall orientation will be held with your Superintendent and will be scheduled sometime between mechanical installations (heating, electric, plumbing) and the insulation phase, but prior to the drywall phase of your new home. During this orientation, your Superintendent will escort you through the home, reviewing your Selection Sheet, Community Features, and certain phases of construction such as insulation, framing, foundation and mechanicals. This is an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the internal systems of your new home and ask any construction-related questions.

  • On-Site Pre-Closing Orientation & Inspection

The Pre-Closing Orientation is conducted by your Superintendent after your new home has been completed, but prior to Closing. During this Orientation we will tour your new home with you, demonstrate and explain equipment, warranties, and required homeowner maintenance responsibilities.

  • 60 Day and 11 Month Warranty Inspection

We provide a 60-Day "tune-up" Warranty Review and an 11-Month Final Warranty Review. It is the Buyer's responsibility to submit the 60-Day "tune-up" Warranty Request Form and the 11-Month Final Warranty Review to the Warranty Representative. These forms are available online to submit instantly from MyHome24-7.
