The Sanibel is a single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-car garage home with a casual dining area that opens onto the spacious family room. There are also formal living and dining rooms perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.

The laundry room is large enough for the washer and dryer and an optional utility sink. There is also a handy hall bathroom in the base Sanibel floor plan.

In the private owner’s suite, the large walk-in shower and double sink option create a modern, spa-like retreat. The large walk-in closet is more than big enough to store all your wardrobe items.

Flexible Structural Options
