Very rare to find these days!

Having purchased approximately 12 homes in the last 20 years, New Construction (custom) included, I have never been treated as well as I have by the ENTIRE staff of WRH from start to finish.  We can't do that, it's not our poliy, or just the simple answer NO.....was never said to me during my selections in design or suggestions I had from the beginning of my process all the way thru to my final walk thru. 

The entire team was willing to do whatever it took to not only meet my expectations, but exceed them.  That quality, and professionalism is very rare to find these days.  I can only imagine this attitude must decend from upper management all the way up to the owner of the company.  As one example, Dawn  went above and beyond their job duties when I requested pavers as my driveway vs concrete.  This required additional paperwork, meetings to attend, and an approval from the HOA in Estrella Mountain Ranch, which is a complete pain to acheive!  Having gone thru that process myself, more than once, it is not something I was willing to do a third time.  If it was not for Dawn offering to submit the proposal and complete all paperwork to the HOA, I would have backed out on that option.  And this makes all the difference in the world as "curb appeal" for my home, and a few other homeowners on my street have opted for this upgrade as well with the HOA approval in place.    

William Ryan Homes is without a doubt, the best builder I have ever worked with, from price of home (realistic in todays market), to design, to qualify of product, to all employees I worked with during this process.  It will be extremely difficult for me to purchase another home without ever checking out WRH's first and foremost!  I will also be recommending this builder to my friends and associates as well.  No hessitation.
