A pleasure to work with!

Kris was a pleasure to work with. What a personality and a people's person. Glad that we had the opportunity to work with her. She was very timely with her communication and kept us very informed throughout the pre-building and during the construction process. And she was prompt in addressing any issues that surfaced during the construction phase, much to our delight.  David was superb during the pre-closing walkthrough and helped us to become familiar with key location areas, how appliances worked and tips for maintaining our new home. Secondly, we were impressed with his coordination of the various trades for the 60 days walkthrough. It went smoothly and very much to our satisfaction.
