William Ryan Homes is now building smart and solar homes in Arizona. The smart home technology allows the homeowner to monitor the home's climate and access via smart phone, pad or computer. The solar technology will reduce heating and cooling bills.

Grand Opening of new neighborhood by William Ryan Homes

Furthering the quality that exemplifies Estrella, William Ryan Homes has added three new floor plans and nine elevations in the Montecito neighborhood of Serenity. They have also opened a new model within their Ironwood Pointe neighborhood.  Sales have begun on the distinctive floor plans at both Serenity and Ironwood Pointe.

Grand Opening at Greenspointe in Estrella

William Ryan Homes will host a grand opening of its newest community, Greenspointe, in the Mountain Ranch community of Estrella on Saturday, May 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event will give the public its first look at the builder’s Jadyn model. Available in the Greenspointe community, Jadyn will sport a traditional Spanish Colonial exterior, with modern interior conveniences including special environmentally responsible features, including Energy Star appliances.
