I just wanted to take a moment to inform you of the professional and courteous staff that you have working for you in the Paloma Creek neighborhood of Little Elm, Texas. We walked into the William Ryan Sales Office, after being thoroughly frustrated with the lies of other builders, to be greeted by Sheryl Stitts. Sheryl asked us detailed questions about what we were looking for, when we were looking to build and with the answers we gave her, she gave us the model description of what house would accommodate all our needs. She hit the nail right on the head, it was then that we knew we were in good hands.
Sheryl and Jack (the construction site manager) displayed elevated levels of detail and attention in all aspects of building our home from the permits all the way until closing. They kept us up to date with weekly phone calls and we were able to access dates and details day or night by the website that was provided. Jack’s pleasant demeanor and his calming attitude to any question or concern was greatly appreciated.
We have heard horror stories from friends who have been through the homebuilding experience and we can honestly say that William Ryan is the best and we would strongly recommend your beautiful homes to anyone. As a matter of fact, shortly after beginning the construction of our home, my cousin met with Sheryl and signed a contract to build and they now live a couple of blocks away from us!

Dear Mr. Ryan,
I wanted to send you a letter to tell you what an exceptional home-building experience we have had with William Ryan Homes. We have closed on [our new home] in Creekside (West Bend), after only 74 days of construction!
From the beginning, we knew instantly that William Ryan Homes was our choice, hands down, for building our new home. We had two WRH models we loved and had a hard time deciding on which one to choose. We chose the Auburn (#3). From the beautifully decorated and quality constructed model homes we’ve seen, to the knowledge and kindness of the sales representative, Patti [Belger], we knew it would be a positive experience, and that is exactly what it was!
Patti has gone above and beyond to welcome us to the neighborhood. It was a comfort to know that she also owns a William Ryan Home! She was honest and detail oriented from the beginning, leaving no stone unturned making sure our experience was a positive one. It definitely was a pleasure to work with her from beginning to closing, and beyond. We consider her a friend! She is highly recommended as an agent for both the home building process and for other real estate needs.
I was very impressed with the knowledge, experience, and communication skills of Josh Bruesewitz, Construction Superintendent at Creekside of West Bend. He made us feel confident that nothing would be overlooked and treated us as if it were his own home he were building. From our first meeting, through closing and beyond, it was evident that Josh has truly taken an interest in the quality construction of our home. The final product speaks for itself! Beautiful….beautiful! Thank you Josh!!
Last but not least, our experience with Mike Drews, from Home Loan Express, made us decide to move our lender loyalty from a previous company to Mike at HLX. He comes highly recommended by us to all our friends, family and acquaintances. He’s a sharp guy that takes the time in his busy day to answer our questions and thoroughly explain his processes to get to the answer. Well above the grade in our book!

I Really Liked the William Ryan Home Buying Experience
What I liked about the William Ryan home buying experience:
I really liked the staff in the model home. They were very friendly, helpful and understanding of our needs. They did not push us to make a decision right away, but gave us some time to think about what we wanted and needed from our new home.
Once the decision was made to purchase the house, we were thoroughly kept informed by both the “my home 24-7” web site and our sales person. If I had any questions, all I had to do was e-mail or call the sales person. I always received a prompt call or e-mail and was never left in the dark.
I really liked the website, which allowed us to both monitor the process of our home from another state and share pictures with our friends and family.
