New Decorated Model at Creekside in West Bend
William Ryan Homes is marking the grand reopening of its Creekside community in West Bend, Wis., with a new decorated model. And, according to the builder, while visiting the new model is just one reason to come back to Creekside, potential homebuyers interested in a charming natural setting will also appreciate the backdrop of the Quaas Creek, ponds and green space, and winding river walk that will distinguish the community.
Creekside will have more than 300 homes at its completion one of the largest in the Milwaukee area. Eight single-family floor plans are available, ranging from 1,811 to 3,111 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, 2 to 2 baths, and two- to three-car garages. Homes are base-priced from $189,900 to $242,900.
"The opening of the decorated model signals that activity is happening at Creekside. Homebuyers can now visit the community to better visualize the floor plans and design potential for their new home," said Craig Vermeulen, vice president of operations for William Ryan Homes. "Plus, this is a great time of year at Creekside as the natural features in the West Bend area like the creek bordering the east side of the community begin to wake up for spring."
The new decorated model at Creekside features the Sable floor plan, a 2,115-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 2 baths, and a two-car garage. The home is base-priced from $199,990. Vermeulen noted that the model boasts several of the top features and structural upgrades desired by homeowners.
For example, he said the family room, kitchen and breakfast area are the centerpiece of the home, but this area has been enhanced to be even more special for casual entertaining and family time together. To start, the model has a family room fireplace, maple kitchen cabinets, and an optional kitchen island with an overhang.
"Weve also built in a kitchen planning desk, which makes a great spot for paying bills, doing homework or playing on the family iPad. And, a bay window in the breakfast area adds additional architectural interest and allows even more natural light to flood the casual living space," said Vermeulen.
Upstairs, the Sable models upgraded master suite features an expansive walk-in closet, a master bedroom tray ceiling, and a luxury master bath with a dual-bowl vanity and a separate shower and tub.
Other features of the home include formal living and dining rooms, a first-floor laundry and mud room, and three secondary bedrooms plus a guest bath and powder room.
Stepping outside, Vermeulen noted that the river walk running through the community includes both a paved trail as well as a wooden boardwalk nearing the water.
"West Bend is somewhat known for its trails. Having easy access to the river walk is ideal for residents who enjoy walking and jogging, or who want to link up to the citys
trails for activities like canoeing or hiking along the banks of the creek and nearby Milwaukee River," said Vermeulen.
Beyond the river walk, Creekside residents can also enjoy the areas "four seasons of outdoor recreation, including the public Kettle Hills Golf Course; the Lac Lawrann Conservancy nature preserve; horseback riding in the Southern Kettle Moraine Forest; and the Quaas Creek Park.
Creekside is conveniently located in proximity to retail and dining destinations, and with easy access to Highway 45, commuters will have a 50-minute ride to Milwaukee.
Residents will be served by Fair Park Elementary School, Badger Middle School and West Bend East/West High School.
