Family-owned William Ryan Homes is growing. The private home building company is launching its third community in the impressive master planned community of Estrella, located in Goodyear, Arizona. The companys emphasis is on customer service and saving the customer some green.

The 4 home plans range in size from 1,900 to 3,419 square feet and start at $209,990.
