IL - New Home Sales Professional - Chicagoland
We are seeking New Home Sales Professionals who are responsible for selling William Ryan homes in a personalized and professional manner, with dedication to providing 100% customer satisfaction.
The Sales Counselor will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. In addition, the Sales Counselor must follow up on prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills both one on one and in front of large groups is a must. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening hours is required. Good computer skills are necessary. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High level of energy with a positive winning attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Sales Experience required. New Home Sales Experience NOT required.
